2017 Blue Book on Real Estate issued

The 2017 Blue Book on Real Estate was issued by the Institute for Urban and Environmental Studies at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Social Sciences Academic Press on May 9 in Beijing. The blue book pointed out that the world economic situation is still not optimistic in 2017. The global market will continue to be characterized by widespread quantitative easing, asset shortages and bubbles, and negative interest rates. In addition, the rotation of the international capital market will further increase the risk of domestic capital, so undoubtedly the goal of China’s domestic real estate market this year is to control risks.
