Han Yanlong, male, Han nationality, born in August, 1934, is a native of Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province and a member of the Communist Party of China. In 1960, he graduated from the Law School at Saint Petersburg State University as a graduate student. He is a researcher and PhD student advisor with the Institute of Law at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is a consultant to the department of law with the Graduate School at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and China Legal History Society. His academic expertise is Chinese modern legal history. Since 1992, he has enjoyed a special allowance awarded by the State Council.
