Gao Dichen, male, Han nationality, born in November, 1931, is a native of Kangping, Liaoning Province and a member of the Communist Party of China. In 1959, he graduated from the department of international trade at Renmin University as a graduate student. He is a researcher and PhD student advisor with the Institute of Finance and Trade Economics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He used to be an advisor to the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality. He is the vice-president of the China Business Economic Society and China Society of Logistics. His academic expertise is circulation economic theory and trade economics. Since 1992 he has enjoyed a special allowance awarded by the State Council.
