Pu Shouchang, male, Han nationality, born in January, 1922, is a native of Wuxi, Jiangsu Province and a member of Communist Party of China. In June, 1946, he graduated from the department of economics at the Graduate School of Harvard University as PhD. He was a consultant to the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and academician at the Kingdom of Morocco Academy of Sciences. His academic expertise is international relations.
