Luo Gengmo, male, Han nationality, born in October, 1908, is a native of Yuqian County, Linjiang City, Zhejiang Province and a member of the Communist Party of China. He was a consultant in research and PhD student advisor at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is a member of the Department of philosophy and social sciences at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. His academic expertise is Marxian economics. Since 1990 he has enjoyed a special allowance awarded by the State Council.
