Zhao Fengqi, male, Mongol national, born in December, 1930, is a native of Zhangwu, Liaoning Province and a member of the Communist Party of China. In December, 1960, he graduated from the department of philosophy at the Chinese Academy of Sciences as a postgraduate. He is a researcher with the Institute of Philosophy at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and PhD student advisor. He is also the honorary president of the China Dialectical Materialism Institute. His academic expertise is dialectical materialism and dialectics. Since 1991 he has enjoyed a special allowance awarded by the State Council.
