Wang Haibo, male, Han nationality, born in September, 1930, is a native of Xuancheng, Anhui Province and a member of the Communist Party of China. In 1956, he graduated from the department of economics at Renmin University and became a postgraduate student. He is a researcher and PhD student advisor to the Institute of Industrial Economics at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. His academic expertise is economics. Since 1991 he has enjoyed a special allowance awarded by the State Council.
