Tong Zhuchen, male, Han nationality, born in March, 1920, is a native of Heishan, Liaoning Province and a nonparty member. In 1941, he graduated from Jilin Higher Normal University as a graduate student. He is a researcher at the Institute of Archeology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. His academic expertise is prehistoric archaeology and frontier national archaeology. Since 1991, he has enjoyed a special allowance awarded by the State Council.
