CASS President attends Forum on Think-Tank Exchanges at Second BRF

The Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was held in Beijing from April 25 to 27. As one of the achievements of the forum, the Belt and Road Studies Network (BRSN), co-initiated by Xinhua Institute and 15 other think tanks including the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, was inaugurated in Beijing on April 24.

Xie pointed out that the Belt and Road (B&R) has provided an important platform for resolving such global issues as climate change and poverty reduction. As a high-level think tank covering the study of Chinese philosophy and social sciences, CASS will help support the B&R initiative and various development strategies such as Russia's Eurasian Economic Union, jointly pushing forward the prosperity of the global economy and the building of a community of shared future for humanity.
