Born in September 1964, Zhen Zhanmin (male and of the Han ethnic group) holds a master’s degree in economics and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is now vice president of CASS, member of the leading Party members’ group at CASS, and delegate to the 20th CPC National Congress.

He mainly engages in theoretical research of the CPC.
