Born in January 1967, Wang Changlin (male and of the Han ethnic group) is a member of the Communist Party of China and research fellow with a master’s degree in engineering. He now serves as vice president of CASS, member of the leading Party members’ group at CASS, and member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee.

Wang mainly engages in studies of macroeconomics and industrial economics.
