Born in December 1964, Peng Jinhui (male, Yi ethnicity) is a member of the Communist Party of China with a Ph.D. degree in Engineering. He now serves as vice president of CASS and deputy secretary of the leading Party members’ group at CASS. He is also a member of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People’s Congress, and vice chairman of the Supervisory and Judicial Affairs Committee of the 14th National People’s Congress.
