Born in August 1967, Jin Minqing (male and of the Han ethnic group) is a research fellow and doctoral supervisor with a PhD in philosophy. As a member of the Communist Party of China, he is now a member of the leading Party members’ group at CASS and director of the Institute of Contemporary China Studies at CASS.
His research interests include Marxist theory, Mao Zedong Thought and his life, the history of the Communist Party of China, and the history of the People’s Republic of China.
